The instruction/letter about the purchase of the program did not come

Please read the Terms of Use for Materials on ZennoLab

1. If you did not receive an email about buying software / registration of the Trial period, first check the Spam folder, maybe the email got there.
2. If there is no email in the Spam folder, check if you may have received an e-mail from PayPro billing or received a call from a number starting with +1 to the phone number specified during the purchase.
3. If there is no information from billing, send an invoice for the purchase of software / registration of the Trial period to our helpdesk.
