There was a problem when paying / replenishing the balance

  1. Check if you may have received an e-mail with questions from PayPro billing or received a call from a number starting with +1 to the phone number specified during the purchase / replenishment.
  2. If there is no information from the billing service, please send an invoice for the purchase / replenishment to our helpdesk.
